About

Built for the businesses receiving the demand letters.

Invoset is a small, focused team building practical tooling for US small businesses navigating ADA web accessibility. Every line of copy and every report is held to the same standard we promise our customers.

Why we are doing this

In 2024, more than 4,500 ADA web accessibility lawsuits were filed in US federal court, a 30 percent jump year over year. Most never reach trial. They settle, quietly, in the $15,000 to $50,000 range. The defendants are dental practices, family restaurants, indie e-commerce stores, and B2B SaaS founders. Almost none of them have the budget for a full accessibility consulting engagement.

The market that grew up to serve these businesses is dominated by overlay tools that have been publicly opposed by disability advocates and treated skeptically by courts. We thought there was room for a calmer, more honest option: real testing, dated reports, no false promises.

What we believe

Real testing over theatrics

We scan your DOM with the industry-standard axe-core engine and surface findings tied to your source code. We do not run a runtime overlay on your visitors.

Documentation, not certification

No company in the US issues an official ADA certification. We produce dated evidence of effort, the same kind US courts have considered as good faith remediation.

Transparent, monthly pricing

No annual lock-in, no hidden tier upgrades, no fake compliance scores. The plan you sign up for is the plan you get.

We eat our own dog food

Invoset.com is held to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We test it the same way we test yours, and we publish an accessibility statement with the methodology.

Who we are

Invoset is operated by Ravencord Inc., a small software company focused on practical compliance tooling. The founding team has shipped production software for over a decade in fintech and SaaS. Operations are based in Lisbon, with US legal entity work in progress.

We are deliberately keeping the team small. The advantage of being a small operator in this market is that we can move quickly, listen to customer reports, and ship fixes without committee. The trade-off is that we focus on the things we can do well rather than chasing every feature.

How to reach us

We answer email. The right channel for each kind of question is listed on our contact page. If you have spotted an accessibility barrier on this site, that one goes to the front of the queue.
